UNIFIX

Brief characteristics:
MAFIX UNIFIX is a special contact chloroprene rubber based glue that is designed to bonding of e.g. rubber, leather, textile to concrete, metal and wood.

Service instructions:
The glue has to be given a thorough stir before the application. A thin layer of the adhesive is applied on each clean greasefree kind of the material (it is recommended to rough the smooth areas), it is left to get cured and the surfaces are bonded after that. The glued joint is recommended to be burden or press-in. The glued joint can be stressed mechanically till after 24 hours after the gluing. The optimal conditions for gluing are under the temperature of 20°C. The gelling action can occur under the temperatures lower than 5°C. The adhesive cannot be used in this condition. The original consistency can be achieved by the gradual tempering in the room under the temperature of approximately 25°C. During the tempering the glue should be stirred for several times. After tempering the glue. After tempering the glue wil have its original physical- mechanical properties. Do not temper by the direct heating! At gluing the materials on the metal the surface of the metal is recommended to be painted by a suitable primer (on the base of isocyanate e.g METALPRIMER) to achieve a higher adhesion.

Cleaning:
The tool used can be cleaned by Alkaprén^®ZAL diluent. In the case of the contamination of the hands the use of the abrasive cleaning paste e.g. SOLVIT etc. is recommended.

Packing:
The glue is delivered in the non-returnable cans with the volume of 5l, eventually as per the arrangement with the buyer.

Storage:
UNIFIX glue is stored in the original packs in the area intended for the storage of ignitron matters that are in accordance with the provisions of CSN 650201 standard ‘Flammable liquids, plants and stores‘‘. The temperature in the room can oscilate from +10°C up to + 20°C.

Warranty:
The quality of the glue is guaranteed by the producer for the period of 24 months from the first opening provided the storing conditions are kept.

UNIFIX is a flammable liquid of the first class of hazard. When working with UNIFIX it is necessary to follow the provisions of safety and health protection during the work that are mentioned in the Safety data sheet of the product.

The products are tested by our laboratories for keeping of properties described in technical standards. If other appliances or methods of measurements are used, different results can be obtained. Also if it is to be used in another way or for another purpose than determined here, the method of application has to be tested directly at the workplace under the conditions that are typical. MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20

MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20 особенно хорош для очистки поверхностей от пыли, остатков защитной пленки, жирных карандашей, следов резины, свежей полиуретановой пены и свежих остатков герметиков, таких как смола/битум. Содержащийся в очистителе антистатик предотвращает быстрое повторное загрязнение поверхностей. MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20 оказывает хорошее действие на многие синтетические поверхности и в сочетании с антистатиком особенно хорош для выставочных и рекламных конструкций.
