Cleaner PU foams

Brief characteristics:
MAFIX ČISTIČ is a cleaner of polyurethane foamand application guns from the rests stickyfilm, also for clearing the surface of strained by not yet cured PU foam. Thanks to the addend sprayer it enables the cleaning of the object as by the common spray. The cured foam in the gun must not be removed by the sharp sobjects.

Service instructions:
Before the use shake the vessel with the adaptor well. Use the spraying cap for the hand cleaning that is assembled on the spraying extender. The dressing the cap causes the outflow of the clearing agent. To clean the gun screw the vessel with the adaptor on the gun. The vessel cannot be fixed aslant or vice versa. Press the repase carefully to remove therests of the foam out of the gun. If there is a cleaner flowing out instead of the foam, release the release. Let the cleaner imide work for 1-2 minutes. Push the release again and hold pushed the untill the cleaner starts flowing out. This precedure is repated 2-3 times at each cleaning.

Storage:
In the original; packings for approximately 12 months from the manufacturing date.

Safety precautions:
The vessels is under pressure and it cannot be heated up on more than 50°C and ecposed to the direct sunshine. It is harmful to health and mainly at the diggestion or contact with the skin. It can be used only in the well ventilated areas. It cannot be open by force and enter to te contact with children.

Warning:
After completing the work Mafix ČISTIČ has to be screwed out of the gun. The gun must not be disasembled. Check if Mafix ČISTIČ does not cause the corrosion of the underlay. The instructions are compiled based on our research and knowledge but with regaard to extra conditions and way of work we recommend the preliminary tests for each way of application.

Warranty:
The quality of the product is guaranteed by the producer for the period of 18 months from the manufacturing date at the temperature +5 up to +25°C.

MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20

MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20 is a mixture of alcohols and aromatic hydrocarbons designed for cleaning before and after bonding. MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20 contains anti-static additive that protects the surface against quick polution. MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20 is used berofe application of the glue and for cleaning after bonding.
