Zebrakryl® 75
Brief characteristics:
Zebrakryl® 75 is a white homogenous dilution based on the synthetic resin, filler and additives in the organic solvents. It is intended mainly for the horizontal road marking of the communications with the various surface characteristics (asfalt, concrete).

Service instruction:
There is a need to stir the rating compesition thoroughly before the use. The machine has to be clean perfectly before the use and free of the residuum of the previous rating composition . It is not recommended to mix Zebrakryl® 75 with other kinds of the rating compositions. There must not be a contact of the rating composition with water at the haandling with the coating composition, it is applied by the standard applicatory machina or manually by a brus hor roller. The substarte has to be dry, cleane dfrom the rough impurities, dust and oil stals. After the apication the rating is left to get dry perferctly, thetime of ddrying is dependent on the application conditions (temperature, relative air humidity, substrate quality and further factors) . The optimum temperature fopr the application is 25-30°C. The paintings Zebrakryl® 75 resist the weathering and common spreadings. Owing to the good cohesion of the individual layers the old painting can be renewed directly by respraying or repainting. The glass beads – hydrofobic ballottini SOVITEC 125-630H or Interglass 125-630 MB9B2H with granularity of 125-630µm and the supplementary fill are used for achieving the gloss effect. The consumption of the ballottini is 250g/m2.
Packaging:
Non-returnable packs with the content of 5 l (6kg), 25 l (35 kg) or as per the arrangement with the buyer.
Storage:
Zebrakryl® 75 is stored in the original packs in the area intended for the storage of ignitron matters that are in accordance with the provisions of CSN 650201 standard ‘Flammable liquids, plants and stores‘. The temperature in the room can oscilate from +5°C up to + 20°C. The emptied packs need to be given to the separated salvage.
Safety and health protection:
Zebrakryl® 75 is a flammable liquid. When working with Zebrakryl® HS it is necessary to follow the provisions of safety and health protection during the work that are mentioned in the Safety data sheet of the product.
Warranty:
The quality of Zebrakryl® 75 glueis guaranteed by the producer for the period of 24 months from the first opening provided the storing conditions are kept.

The workability of the product is guaranteed by the producer provided the mentioned application procedures and the correct way of storing are kept.
