Brief characteristics:
TOP-FIX is a rubber based contact adhesive intended for bonding the porous kinds of surface with the non-porous ones in the shoe making industry. It can be also used for bonding the porous kinds of material mutually (e.g. leader, textile). The glue i sof light beige colour.

Service instructions:
TOP-FIX is applied on each kind of material only once. At gluing the porous kinds of material it is recommended to apply by spatula, spraying gun or applicatory machine. The glue to be given a thorough stir before the application. A thin layer of the adhesive is applied on each clean grease-free kind of the material (it is recommended to rough the smooth areas), it is left to get cured and the surfaces are bonded after that. The glued joint is recommended to be burden or press-in. The glued joint can be stressed mechanically till after 24 hours after the gluing. The optimal conditions for gluing are under the temperature of 20°°C. The gelling action can occur under the temperatures lower than 5°C. The adhesive cannot be used in this condition. The original consistency can be achieved by the gradual tempering in the room under the temperature of approximately 25°C. During the tempering the glue should be stirred for several times. After tempering the glue. After tempering the glue wil have its original physical-mechanical properties. Do not temper by the direct heating!

Cleaning:
The tool used can be cleaned by toluene. In the case of the contamination of the hands the use of the abrasive cleaning paste e.g. SOLVIT etc. is recommended.

Packing:
Non-returnable packs with the content of 22 kg (25l) or as per the arrangement with the buyer.

Storage:
TOP-FIX glue is stored in the original packs in the area intended for the storage of ignitron matters that are in accordance with the provisions of CSN 650201 standard ‘Flammable liquids, plants and stores‘‘. The temperature in the room can oscilate from +5°C up to + 20°C.

Warranty:
The quality of TOP-fix is guaranteed by the producer for the period of 24 months from the first opening provided the storing conditions are kept.

Safety and health protection:
TOP-FIX is a flammable liquid of the first class of hazard. When working with TOP-fix HS it is necessary to follow the provisions of safety and health protection during the work that are mentioned in the Safety data sheet of the product.

The workability of the product is guaranteed by the producer provided the mentioned application procedures and the correct way of storing are kept. MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20

MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20 is a mixture of alcohols and aromatic hydrocarbons designed for cleaning before and after bonding. MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20 contains anti-static additive that protects the surface against quick polution. MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20 is used berofe application of the glue and for cleaning after bonding. MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20 is especially good for cleaning of the surface from dust, residues of the protection foil, strong pencils. MAFIX PVC CLENAER 20 affects well various synthetic surfaces in combination with antistatic additives, very good application for exhibition and advertisement construction.
