Brief characteristics:
MAFIX MONTÁŽNÍ LEPIDLO is an assembly polyurethane based glue for bonding porous and nonporous kinds of material. It is suitable for gluing door slips, window parapets, plywood, installation of insulation panels, for the Quit bonding of common building materials. It is not suitable for bonding polystyrene, softened PVC, PE and PP. It is a substite for wood screws, nails and rivets.

Service instructions:
MAFIX MONTÁŽNÍ LEPIDLO is applied on the areas bonded pressed at once. The materails can be moved with in the course of Bonding life. In the case when a big initial sticking capacity is requested, it is applied only on one surface glued then the surfaces are bonded for a while after that they are separated and it is checker if the glue is widespread on the other surface. After 5-10 mimutes connect the surfaces glued again and pressed strongly. The joint is stout immediately. The substrate has to be dry, clean and free of grease. The glue is applied in the points or stripes in the distance of approximately 20-40 cm per one area glued. The open time is 15 minutes.

Storage:
MAFIX MONTÁŽNÍ LEPIDLO has a storage life of approximately 12 months when stored in the cold (under +5 up to +30°C) dry place in the original packings tightened against the humidity. The storage under the different conditions than it is mentioned on the label need not be necesarily of the maening that the product is unusable. But testing the properties from the mason to ensure the quality for this purpose is essential.

Safety and health protection:
The work with the glue can be carried out only in a well ventilated room, in the big distance from the sourses of fire. When working with the glue do not smoke, do not inhalate the vapours. The glue must not enter the contact with the complexion and eyes. Keep out of the reach of children. Before starting the work meet the precautions against the elactrostatical load.

Warranty:
The quality of the glue is guaranteed by the producer for the period of 24 months from the manufacturing date at the temperature +5 up to +25°C.

MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20

MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20 is a mixture of alcohols and aromatic hydrocarbons designed for cleaning before and after bonding. MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20 contains anti-static additive that protects the surface against quick polution. MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20 is used berofe application of the glue and for cleaning after bonding. MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20 is especially good for cleaning of the surface from dust, residues of the protection foil, strong pencils. MAFIX PVC CLENAER 20 affects well various synthetic surfaces in combination with antistatic additives, very good application for exhibition and advertisement construction.
