Brief characteristics:
MAFIX KONSTRUKT is a one-component polyuretane based slightly expansive thixotropic construction for bonding various kinds of material as for example wood, concrete, polyuretane and polystyrene foams, metal, stone, and further porous and non-porous kinds of material. The join is resistant against water in D4 class.

Service instructions:
The areas glued have to be dry, free of dust and grease. The glue is applied in one side in the stripes or points. After the application the glue can be spread by spattle. When bonding the materials not containing the natural humidity and non-porous materials mizzle the glue applied ort he materials bonded with water in the quantity of 10-20 g/m2 before gluing. The pressure has to be sufficient so that the areas glued are in the permanent contact for the period of getting dry. After curing the glued joint has the excellent resistence against humidity.

Storage:
The storage life of 6 months when stored in in the original undamaged packings at the temperature +5 up to +25°C . Do not store at the temperature below 5°C .
Warning:
When applied at the temperature above +20°C there is a need to count on the reduction of the open time adequately.
Warranty:
The quality of the glue is guaranteed by the producer for the period of 24 months when stored in the well-closed packing from the first opening provided the storing conditions are kept.

MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20
MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20 is a mixture of alcohols and aromatic hydrocarbons designed for cleaning before and after bonding. MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20 contains anti-static additive that protects the surface against quick polution. MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20 is used berofe application of the glue and for cleaning after bonding. MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20 is especially good for cleaning of the surface from dust, residues of the protection foil, strong pencils. MAFIX PVC CLENAER 20 affects well various synthetic surfaces in combination with antistatic additives, very good application for exhibition and advertisement construction.
