Brief characteristics:
Alkafen is a professional quick construction glue intended for PVC profiles(cold welding). At the production of windows intended for gluing tenh supplementary profiles as for example drainage, components of sun-blinds. In advertising for gluing the chars an foam boards. It has the excellent thermostability and UV resistence.

Service instructions:
Clean the areas from grease and dust by MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20. Applly the glue on one side in such a quantity so that it does not leave after bonding the materials. After the application of the glue join the materials for 60 seconds and set them. We recommend the cleaning of the stripes glued by MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20 before the beginning of the gluing. When gluing the supplementary ptofiles be aware of the fact that the supplementary profiles lie on the window profile, too. The quantity of the glue applied should be batched in such a way in order to prevent the gravitating of any particular quantity of the glue. Afterwards the supplementar y profiles should not be exposed to the high temperature or sunshine (the temperature above 20°C) for the period of one week. If these conditions are not kept, the consequence can be the blistering of the acrylic layer!

THE APPLIED QUANTITY at the glued stripes:	20 mm wide surface glued	approximately 8g/ meter
THE APPLIED QUANTITY at the glued stripes:	40 mm wide surface glued	approximately 15g/ meter

The open time as well as the stiffness can be fixed exactly only by testing itself because they are strongly influenced by the material, temperature, quantity applied, air and matyerial humidity and thickness of the film of the glue and further criteria.

Cleaning:
MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20

Storage:
Store at the temperature of + 15°C to + 25°C in the original packs without the exposition to the direct sunshine. The viscosity gets increased during the storage.

Packing:
200 ml tube, 250 ml, 500 ml (further as per the arrangement with the buyer).

Warning:
The workability of the product is guaranteed by the producer provided the mentioned application procedures and the correct way of storing are kept. If the product is supposed to be used for another kind of purpose than it is determined, there is a need to check its usability in the place under the conditions under which the gluing is supposed to be carried out. The warranty for the quality of the joint cannot be provided by the producer in the case of the product used in this way.
