Alkafen Sanita

Brief characteristics:
ALKAFEN SANITA is an easily usable glue intended for bonding the parts made of the unsoftened PVC – novodur, for example sanitary distributions, brazes, eaves, roof distributions, sewerage downpipes etc. The base of the glue consists of polymer dilutions based on PVC in organic solvents. The glue resists the water and shows a high stoutness of the pressed joints. ALKAFEN SANITA is a glue that is use for gluing the products markes with the trade name NOVODUR.

Service instructions:
It is used for bonding the parts made of the unsoftened PVC. The areas of the part to be glued are needed to be clened and roughened before the application of the glue. A thin layer of the glue is applied on the prepared areas and they are jointed immediately. The even areas are supposed to be loaded for the whole period of drying. When gluing it is necessary to keep a lower tolorance of the pressed joint.The maximum curing and stoutness are achieved at the temperature of +20°C after 24 hours. In the case of a lower temperature there is a need to prolong the period accordingly.

Storage:
Store at the temperature of +15°C to +25°C for the period of 24 months from the manufacturing date.

Warning:
The workability of the product is guaranteed by the producer provided the mentioned application procedures and the correct way of storing are kept. If the product is supposed to be used for an other kind of purpose than it is determined, there is a need to check its usability in the place under the conditions under which the gluing is supposed to be carried out. The warranty for the quality of the joint cannot be provided by the producer in the case of the product used in this way.
