Brief characteristics:
Alkacryl Plexi PMMA is a professional crystallic quick drying glue 1-10 minutes, intended for gluing plexiglass and profiles in the advertising, plastic makimg, furniture making, automotive and electrotechnical industry. Plexi glass (PMMA), rods, pipes, signboards etc.

Service instructions:
Before the start of gluing the surface has to be clean, free of dust, grease, humidity and further impurities. Use MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20. ALKACRYL PMMA is applied on one side, directly from the tube, by brush on the surface to be glued. The parts to be bonded are joint till 30 seconds and they are touched to other and loaded until the functional stotness is achieved. Bearing of the glued joint is after 16 hours, the final curing depends on the factors of the conditions up to 8 weeks. We recommend to optimizme the force of the constituent, in addition to this we recommend to clean the surfaces with the solvent based agent, by our product from the ALKAFEN rank before the start of gluing.
The quanttity of the glue to be applied is supposed to be chosen depending on the thickness of the material, there is a risk of the penetration of the glue into the material. In the course of gluing the transport panels the surface glued gets tarnished owing to the solving of the solvent. The open time as well as the final stoutness can be fixed only by the testing itself because they are strongly inlfluenced by the material, temperature, quantity applied, air and material humidity, thickness of the film of the glue and further criteria.

Cleaning:
MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20 is used for the preparation of the surfaces.

Storage:
Store at the temperature of +15°C to +25°C in the original packs without the exposition to the direct sunshine. Store in the closed original pack for 12 months, the viscosity gets increased during the storage.

Packaging:
200 g aluminium tube, 250 ml (further as per the arrangement)

Warning:
The workability of the product is guaranteed by the producer provided the mentioned application procedures and the correct way of storing are kept. If the product is supposed to be used for another kind of purpose than it is determined, there is a need to check its usability in the place under the conditions under which the gluing is supposed to be carried out. The warranty for the quality of the joint cannot be provided by the producer in the case of the product used in this way. MAFIX PVC CLEANER 20 is especially good for cleaning of the surface from dust, residues of the protection foil, strong pencils.
