Brief characteristics:
Dilekol for carpets is a solvent free disperse based glue of white up to grey colour based on acrylic dispersion. It contains the substances to increase the adhesion and the special additives. The glue is non-flammable. It is used for binding the carpets (bound, with foam based, plastic based or rubber based substrate), PVC floor linings, linoleum. It can be used for gluing tiles, wood, plywood and foam based masses (polystyrene, polyurethane, POLYFOAM heat insulations)on porous substrates. Mainly for gluing the intractable heavy-duty carpets.

Substrates:	Porous kinds of material (concrete, wood, plasterboard, paste-board), flaster floors and screedings meeting the requirements of the standard CSN 74 4505

Service instructions:
The glue has to be given a thorough stir before the application. The glue is applied on the underside of the carpet respectively of the flooring, theimprint method of the application can be used. Use the tooth spatula for the application (A2 respectively B1 are the most suitable types). Before the application the substrate has to be cleaned and free of dust whereas it has to meet the requirements of CSN 74 4505. The material glued is laid on the substrate with the glue applied before the glue gets dry. The materials bonded are pressed against each other on the whole area, e. g. by a roller. When the large areas are glued (floorings, etc.) it is suitable to repeat this pressing once more till 30minutes after the bonding of both areas. The materials bonded can be loaded after 24 hours. The final stoutness of the joint is achieved after approximately 48 hours.

Cleaning:
The tool used can be cleaned by cold water provided the glue is not dried yet. After getting dry it is necessary to use Alkaprén^® ZAL. In the case of the contamination of the complexion the use of the abrasive cleaning paste e. g. SOLVIT etc. is recommended.

Packing and storage:
Plastic buckem with the volume of 10 l (12 kg) and 20 l (25 kg) eventually another type as per teh arrangement with the buyer. Dilekol na koberce is stored in the original packs in the areas intended for the storage under the temperature of +10 up to 30°C. Protect against the frost!

Safety and health protection:
Owing to the fact that the glueis unexceptionable, there is no need to follow the special safety precations when working with this product with the exception of folowing the common hygienic principles. Do not eat and smoke during the work, protect the skin and eyes.

Warranty:
The full workability of the product is guaranteed by the producer for the period of 12 months from the manufacturing date, when the mentioned storage conditions are kept.

Warning:
The products are tested by our laboratories for keeping of properties described in technical standards. If other appliances or methods of measurements are used, different results can be obtained. Also if it is to be used in another way or for another purpose than determined here, the method of application has to be tested directly at the workplace under the conditions that are typical.
